This should be called Dumbbell flex challenge,
"Oiled up and pumped to perfection" is definitely some of his best work.
First off, he is pumping weights and then goes into some slow flexing with the dumbbells in his hand! It is Unbelievable watching them blow up. But when he held arms at waist level, palms up and slowly flexed with the weights in his hand, the forearm wrist curls was serious!!
This should be the way people should Imitate

I was waiting for a video and wrote a review back in April, since then I have received several videos from John and can not be happier
He is an amazing person

I recently ordered three muscle videos from Jeff, and I couldn't be more impressed! I recently watched one of Jeff’s muscle worship videos and I was thoroughly impressed. The filming quality was excellent, showcasing the subject beautifully. The form and lighting were exceptional, highlighting every detail in a way that felt both artistic and captivating.

Had my 2nd video with him and was totally blown away. He stuck to the script and filmed a exhausting bicep work out, Pumping and flexing til I thought he was gonna pass out. Absolutely incredible young man. I highly recommend Van.
Keep an eye out for this guy as he grows bigger and more ripped.
