Zman is a man of incredible conditioning. I have been purchasing multiple videos a month from him for a few years. His vascularity, striations, structure, his entire package is not to be believed. He looks like a marble statue in Rome come to life. His stomach vacuums are amazing, his traps ripped, striated and covered in veins. This man defines elite conditioning.
