I sent over some very specific instructions regarding the posing sequence and transitions I wanted to see, and he followed everything down to a T. The video quality is crystal-clear HD, and he perfectly dialed in the lighting so that every line and shadow is completely defined. Initially he was nice and when I placed the order. He did deliver but it was not as i wanted. I did ask him several times to confirm things with me before he records and he never did. Once he delivered i showed him proof and told him that it was not at all according to my specifications. After that he decided to ignore my messages. Very disappointed and I wish I never ordered from him.
