I contacted Nick for a custom video also. He is very quick to respond to my text. The detail of my request and the payment was simple so I ordered the video through BestFlex. He had a two day trip so there was a little delay, but he was honest about it and sent me a few recent pics and a short without video. He is incredibly shredded and very smooth (the way I like it!).
