I've just had an in-person session with Alex here in Bucharest. Truly the nicest bloke I've ever met doing this line of activity. He is articulate, intelligent and engaging - he can certainly dominate you if you're looking for rough aggression, but equally he can put you quickly at ease from the very beginning of your time together if you're feeling nervous.

If you should find yourself in Bucharest and are sitting on the fence as to whether to have a live muscle worship session, my recommendation is TO JUST DO IT. You will absolutely thank yourself for having done so. And if you've decided to do it, then you might as well do it with the one person who will give you the undisputed best experience ever, and that is Alex.

I fully recommend him without any hesitation. Yes, you already know about his superb pecs and biceps - but definitely be sure not to pass up those tree-trunk quads either!
