when this guy, Malachi Barnes started his account here as malachifit, i contacted him through instagram. we have agreed upon the video that he will make it. after i withdrawed some money to my paypal account, so i sent him the money in june 20th 2016. at first, he said that the fund was pending so i requested him to refund, then i started to resent the money. He said he received the money and wanted to make the video right away. the next day, i asked whether he already made it or not but he said something came up and wanted me to wait. ok i waited. After 3 days, i checked again and asked him about the video. He did not reply the message, instead he just blocked me. I tried to message him on email but got no luck. Please if you have good intention on this, just make the video or just refund the money. Thanks.
