Well, well, well, this year wasn’t so brilliant for me , I had some quite big injuries with my hip , nervous system etc , I stayed in bed 7 weeks doing fuck all 🤦🏽‍♂️, But now I am back, so slowly getting better , started my off season, sitting at 113 kg empty stomach so 130kg is the goal this year Open for cam shows and meet ups !
