Guess it's time for a full update!
Still up in Canada!
Been a bumpy few years - was out of the gym for 9.5 straight with work issues. Rebuilding, but will be absent from the gym again in the hopefully near future for a double knee replacement - arthritis has eaten away all the cartilage.
Hope to be active again once all put back together!

The good "Doctor" is BIGGER and BETTER than ever... You really need to update his profile "Doc", so that the entire world can check out those massive Biceps and Triceps... They sure are "EZ" on the eyes!!
