Made my custom video request, everything was fine, I paid for the video but am still yet to receive it. I understand people are busy but the video is now three weeks late. I have received estimated times as to when he thought he could do the video, but he has yet to commit to any of these times.
No one should commit to a 3-5 day delivery time if they cannot follow through. I will keep chasing the guy up and will leave a negative review if nothing is sorted within the next week.
