He promised me a refund more than a week ago but I still haven’t received it. And he has been ignoring my DM since. SCAMMER!

Paid for a custom video. He claimed he has recorded video and just need to upload to WeTransfer a week ago. But I still haven’t received the video and he is not responding to my messages.

Communication started off great on Oct 6th. He had promised a 24 hour turn around. A week later he apologized for the delay and said something happened to his phone. I thanked him for the follow up and continued to message him each week asking for an update. No response to my messages via Telegram or email since Oct 12th. I will now have to contact PayPal.
