He did not meet the requirements I've set despite saying "Yes" to each of the elements. While I ask for flexing, oiling up, and pecs grab, he only delivered flexing. He refuses to talk to me anymore afterwards, so I have to file for a refund from PayPal. Please be careful as PayPal had to on hold the payments before I confirm the receipts, proving that he has a lot of previous records on customer disputes.
