Flex Donny

Be careful! Flex Donny doesn't always deliver what he promises!

(I had to delete my previous review and revise it down from 5 stars to 2 stars.)

The only reason I am giving his Custom Video 2 stars, is because the content was carried out exactly as agreed.
That was the only thing that was done correctly, I'm afraid.

I paid the agreed amount and ended up getting a COMPRESSED VIDEO, with part of the picture cropped.
The video looked ok on a mobile, but poor on a PC screen.

This is despite the fact that I had sent instructions previously, showing the settings on how to get the best video quality on the phone.

I then asked that he split the large video file up into 3 parts to make it easier - but he refused.

Then Flex Donny offered to re-do the video, slightly shorter, with the correct video quality settings.
Unfortunately, this was not the case. The re-done video was even smaller in file size and worse quality.

However, if anyone is thinking of purchasing a Custom Video from Flex Donny, be prepared that the video quality will not be good

(He seems to think that the clients are going to upload his video to another web site - so I think that is why be makes them poor quality. Be aware and be careful if you order)

Delivered the video as requested. He was honest about an unfortunate event happened during video recording. Wish he could record it again to meet the desired time but appreciate that he offers to repay back in the next order. Thanks for the effort!
