Never got the video. Then he said, he'd pay me back. Never got the refund. Now his Telegram is deleted.
I am sorry, but absolutely not to recommend...

Deeper dive shows he's one of those twitter boys who does this for quick money, maybe save your cash before getting with this one.
He just seems to throw a number out there with what he needs at the present moment, with no interest in fulfilling what was purchased.
