Then as soon as I paid him, he changed his mind and said he didn’t want to do anything we discussed. Said that he was talking about just ONE thing. Not the others we discussed. I understood. Said there was a miscommunication and he could just refund me. HE WOULD NOT RESPOND so I sent a request for the funds back. He canceled it. I asked him why he canceled the request. He said, “sorry, that was a mistake.” And told me to request again. Suddenly I couldn’t find him on PayPal anymore. He had blocked me. I told him he blocked me. Called me a liar. Don’t work with this guy. He had no intentions of getting on cam. Just taking my money and blocking me. Total scammer. Wastes your time and steals your money.
