Once again, I fell for the scam. He was reliable but only when he sent the content first and then got paid after sending. Then I didn't buy from him for a couple years but decided to go back for more and I made the mistake of paying him first this time, and of course he didn't send me what I paid for. He just kept making excuses and it's been about a month at this point. The fact that he can legally get away with this level of theft is insane to me.
