The details and payment were sorted and the video was ordered. The video was waiting for me in my inbox the day after he promised it would be ready, but he'd already apologised the evening prior and explained about a delay. A pleasure to work with.

I ordered a custom video from Roman and he was really nice tp work with. He said he'd send my video on Monday and I asked if he could send it on Tuesday and he sent the video early Tuesday morning as requested which was a lovely start to my birthday!
