I've been a loyal follower and customer of his for the past few years. Rafael é um cara muito legal. He is great to deal with, honest, reliable, and perfectionist about his videos. I’ve picked up several videos from him this month. Honestly, what a compelling, aesthetic classic physique for someone just 20 years old. His muscle maturity and lines are incredible for his age; Rafa has elite genetics and a massive future ahead in bodybuilding. He gets my highest recommendation.

I’ve been grabbing this guy's content every month. His versatility is insane—MMA, calisthenics, climbing, he does it all. His gym progress is also super noticeable lately; the muscle growth is definitely there. Plus, he’s always come across as a friendly, stand-up dude.

Akay is a tall, athletic bodybuilder with well-developed muscles. Posing, flexing his muscles, or doing amazing stretches, he has made more videos than I had planned to acquire this month.
