I got my custom video from him today. It was a couple days late but he always replied to my emails and kept me updated so no complaints there. The video was very good and he does a great job playing out your fantasies!

Well I received a custom video from Xander the other day.
The positives: The video was excellent. Xander wrote to me with a scenario that would pique my interest and he included my additions/edits to the storyline. The video came out well made and included everything I'd asked for and then some. Xander does an excellent job bringing your fantasies to life on camera
The negatives: When he offered me the video, he said he'd have it ready in a few hours. This was at about 2pm my time. About 2:30am the next morning he finally messages me back saying he still needed to edit the video but would have it ready in a few minutes. By about 12:30pm that afternoon and several update inquiries later I finally asked for a refund. He sent the video aboit 2 hours later along with a very upset email that basically stated I had rushed him.
A few hours that infers less than a day, and over 10 hours is not "a few minutes". If you offer to make a video in a few hours and a few hours later I ask for an update that is not rushing you. If you offer it in a few minutes, 10 hours is not rushing you. If something happens and you can't deliver on time fine, but let me know, I shouldn't have to hunt you down to find out it will take longer. You offered me this video and gave me a time frame and took my money, I have every right to check in and ask where it is.
So due to some timeframe/communication issues I took off a star/point, but the end result was very good and really the video itself is 5 star worthy.

Got another great duo custom from him and gato2510. There was a bit of a delay in the delivery, and in all honesty I'd give this a 4.5 if I could for that reason, but the end product was very satisfactory!

I suppose it's a bit pointless to leave this since he hasn't checked in here in years, and I wasn't going to post because I had assumed he'd given up videos/camshows. However I'd seen recent videos from him so I know he still makes them. I have tried numerous times to get a hold of him for custom videos and he has never responded. Now I understand he's not obligated to accept my requests but at least have the decency to respond! Even if it's "No thanks, that's not my thing" but to not even be bothered to respond is just piss poor communication skills and bad business. I don't appreciate being ignored.

Received my custom video from his yesterday. An excellent role play and even though it was a role play a bit outside what he normally does he was very open to the idea. He was great to communicate with and quick to keep me updated and to get the video made. A great experience!

Well it had been awhile since I'd last worked with Alex but boy it felt good to have him on my screen again. As handsome and buff as ever and as sweet and professional to work with as well!
