I used to have a good business relationship with Sergiu, but unfortunately I have to agree with Yazmik, I got scammed by Max Flex God and what sucks is I've done business with him before with no issue so I got screwed by someone here I thought I could trust.
I paid for a video and additionally some clothes for him to wear in the video. They were supposed to arrive on the 8th when he'd send me a photo of him in the items and a recap of the video storyline before he filmed. I inquired on the 8th and was told they'd come in the day before but he wore them to work out in so he'd have to wash them, but he'd send me the photo/recap/video later that day. First off if you got them on the 7th, why did you not notify me, and if you had the time to workout in them why didnt you make the video or send the pictures/recap that day since that's what the clothes were for and should have been top priority when you tried them on. On top of that it is now the 15th and still no video, no photo, no recap, nothing. I'd ask daily for an update and get told "I'll get it to you later today" and then he'd have the nerve to ask me to send him more money. From the 8th through the 12th he'd only say he'd get them to me "today" and no explanation for why he still hadn't done it. Finally I got a quick video update on the 12th explaining he'd been remodeling his place so that's what's been taking so long and again promising to have the stuff to me by the next day, which was 2 days ago and now he just won't answer. A very disappointing experience and at this point I just want my money back. I don't want the video, the photo, or anything just all my money back (and I mean all of it, you never sent a picture of you with the stuff so I have no idea if you even got everything.) So yeah once I get him to refund me I won't be back, I only have so much patience.

I've ordered 2 custom videos from Alex and they're both great! He was extremely patient and kind to me throughout the process (I'm not the smartest with technology) when a lot of other guys would have lost their cool with me. I can't recommend him enough!

Well to be honest I would give this a 4.5 out if 5 stars based only on some issues with delivery and communication. However he did end up delivering and the video was excellent. Definitely pleased with the final product!

Well I'll admit I almost knocked a few stars off this one due to some miscommunication, but he pulled through, and his output this round more than made up for any extra wait time I had to go through. He's a class act and I'll definitely be back for more!
