I am very disappointed in Romeo. He has been supposed to make me a personalized video for over a month. He no longer responds to my messages, he ignores me. I am very disappointed.

I’m really disappointed in Romeo. I have been a fan of his for a long time but he is no longer communicating well. I requested a custom over a year ago, and we agreed on everything. I waited patiently for the video but he went months without word, and when I finally asked he gave excuse after excuse, and he continued to give excuses. I really want to support him but I feel like no longer cares. Just wish he would respond
