About me
I’m Aj Gift, a 19 year-old aspiring bodybuilder just starting my fitness journey… but I’m coming in with the mindset of a champion. For me, bodybuilding isn’t just about building muscle, it’s about building discipline, confidence, and a stronger version of myself every single day.
I started lifting because I wanted to push my limits and see how far I could go, both physically and mentally. Now, it’s become a lifestyle. Every rep, every set, and every early morning session is a step closer to the person I’m becoming.
My goal is to build a stage ready physique, step into the world of muscle modelling, and inspire others who are just starting out to believe in their potential. I’m not chasing perfection, I’m chasing progress.

I received a second custom video from AJ. He went above and beyond to make an amazing flexing routine, and posed like a professional. He will keep improving and growing huge. AJ is really great to chat with, and he gets back to you quickly. I will be keeping in touch with him.
