So we work out a deal on a custom vid for 10 minutes. I put down a partial payment and then paid the rest at later date. He send a 3 minute video instead of 10 minutes and he did not follow the instructions completely. I went to address him about it and he's now read the messages and is silent.

Update: I am requesting a partial payment after waiting almost a month after he said he would send complete the custom video request. I reached out via email and Teams and he has hasn't said anything still
