This is a chest forward video for all of those who love Jeff's pecs (and really, who doesn't?!). Jeff's off season here, so not quite as lean but that's all relative. Have no fear that we will lose some of his muscle hardness or vascularity. 15 seconds into posing you and can already see the veins in his left pec beginning to pop out! Off season for him is the shape many people dream of achieving. The bodyhair has been trimmed somewhat but still very evident. Jeff shows off his pecs so close to the camera it feels like they're in your face! The view from the camera varies from straight forward, to side views, to sometimes looking down a bit, to looking up. I especially like the view looking up as it's not one we see too much and it does a beautiful job of showing off his pec shape. This is a good video to show his shape when he's not in contest prep mode and getting close to competing. I would guess that this is what he looks like the majority of the time ... and it's amazing.
