Exactly, is a scammer, I could get my money back claimg PayPal but he tried to scam me. Avoid him.

I deleted the other review cause he finally talked with me and agreed do the video but again he scammed me, weeks after he didn't send the video and not he say he can't refund me, no t serius. Not recomend him.
