It's great to see Alex showing off his legs. Because his arms are so amazing that's where most of the videos are focused on. This video shows that he doesn't skip leg day :), and should be showing off the quads more. The are big, well shaped and ooze power.

One thing about Alex, he gives you your money's worth :) There's no pausing to the flexing for the 30 minutes. The poses are all held for longish periods of time for you to fully appreciate his arms. Alex is in top condition so that all the spider veins start appearing as his arms pump. This is a full arm video, not just biceps.

The beautiful thing about Anabolic Adonis' physique is his proportions. Think classic Greek and Roman statues of the gods. This is mainly an upper body posing video. He shows off his pecs and arms as he pumps them and oils them. His arms, in particular, get very vascular with the pump.

Nero has a spectacular physique any way you look at it ... defined muscularity, vascular, classic bodybuilder aesthetics. His biceps are one of his strong points ... and strong/hard they are as he literally crushes an apple against them! One nice thing about this video is that Nero has a videographer so he can just focus on flexing and the cameraperson does all the work to capture that.

This is a different kind of flexing video than seen before from Alex in that it's not only extreme close-ups, but also the flexing is done super slow. It gives the impression of being a slow motion flex. With this super slow speed, you get a chance to see all the details in the muscles that he's showing off ... not missing anything The emphasis here is in the arms, forearms and pecs.

20 Minute Naked Pump and Flex with Diego Fuertes

This is my first video from Diego and I was very pleased with it. Excellent video quality with a good setup in his house for taking videos (plain, dark background to show off his physique). Diego has excellent muscularity with huge legs (as you can easily see). It first starts off when Diego doing a good bodybuilding posing routine close to the wall so you can see his whole body. About 6 minutes into the film he gets close (and I mean close!) to the camera to give an in depth flexing show. All the flexing drenches his muscles in sweat and pumps up his muscles to a veiny climax. I find his unshaved body a plus. A very good flexing video and I'm glad I bought it.
