Enough is enough
With other models you agree an idea and price, arrange a delivery time, pay - then you get your custom.
With Jake you agree an idea and price, arrange a delivery time and pay, then you wait…..and wait…..and wait. The record wait time for me was well over 8 months previously.
‘If’ the video arrives it is normally great, but this manner of conduct is totally unprofessional and unacceptable.
He recently approached me after six months for a new video - he had the day free to make, so we agreed an idea and I paid him. He messaged to say he couldn’t now make that day but would the next, he didn’t. He then agreed another date to make - he didn’t. He offered a refund, which I agreed with - it never came.
I’m sick of his weak and feeble excuses and attitude now and have written him off and the money I sent him.
To me he is simply a grifter after a fast buck by deception. There are many younger, hotter and more reputable guys on BestFlex so his time in the sun for me is well and truly over now.
I suggest you also avoid him with a barge pole. Check out his videos here of course, but don’t play his mind and waiting games with a custom - it rips any joy from the custom (if you get it) - you feel more like the trauma has ended instead of actually enjoying the video.
His Skype profile say ‘best in the game’ if that game is stealing money from clients then he is absolutely correct, if it means anything else then he is very much lacking.

He totally ghosted, and now abandoned his Skype account. He's made good videos for me before but keeps ghosting for months at a time.

I will confirm what was said previously. Currently still waiting as well. the last 2 responses are essentially the same thing i got. Even tried to wait until he told me the video was ready to pay but the moment I paid nothing was there. Will update this if I get something but before then avoid like the plague (videos on here are safe at the very least)

Waiting over 7 months for a video. Barely any communication - when he does pop up every few months it's always followed with false promises of "you'll get it today" then more months will go by.. Really responsive when ordering though, clearly wants to get the money and run.

So glad I have kept in contact with Jake, looks better than ever. He’s been going through a rough time recently but getting back into camming and making vids. Just did a cam show with him and all I can say is WOW! Looking fantastic! He’s got the arms, chest, abs, smile and personality! Will continue to follow this alpha.

Jake's videos for sale on BestFlex are hot, but trying to arrange for a custom video is sketchy with him. Even though he verified the FlexCheck code, he wasn't willing to use the site's custom request payment form. First he asked for Cashapp, and then sending paypal to some random Greek guy named williamkne. Unfortunately, it just raised too many red flags, so I opted not to buy a custom video from him. Oh well.

Wtf is this? I’m sorry but this is not okay and will talk to Dan the owner about this. I do not have PayPal as someone here got me banned and told him to use my friends PayPal. He wanted to use PayPal in the beginning so not sure what changed?
Extremely unprofessional experience with Jake, and I’m surprised. I’ve gotten videos from him before and the process has usually been better. I paid a good amount of money for a custom video, and added extra $ because he needed money for a surgery out of generosity. This was in August. Several months have passed, and the only correspondence I’ve received since I sent him the money for the video has been A. him asking for more money and B. him telling me that he’s “completed my video” and that it would be uploaded in three hours (did not receive it). Like I said, I’ve had positive experiences with Jake in the past, although I have had to wait for a while, so I’m confused as to what changed this time. I highly doubt I’ll be refunded for this video, and hope that people considering doing customs with Jake take note of potential untimeliness or unresponsiveness.

It was great dealing with Jake. Even though he was busy, he kept me updated throughout the entire process and followed though with an amazing video. He knows how to perform whatever you're going for and even asks questions if further clarification is needed to deliver even better results. Not to mention, he lives up to the "jacked" in his name! I appreciate him making the time and will definitely go back to him for future customs!

Recently got an amazing custom vid from Jake, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations! In fact, it was one of the hottest customs I've ever bought. He is JACKED as fuck and looking better than ever! He did exactly what I requested, even threw in some extra sexy surprises. And communicating with him was easy, he is very responsive. He also delivered the vid exactly when he said he would. I am happy that he is making this comeback and is serious about it and I will definitely be a returning customer now!

I have bought all of Jacked Jake's giant-themed vids to date and enjoyed them all. He really gets into the role every time and works a lot of cool angles. Definitely worth your time.

Unfortunately I have to write another poor review. This is my own personal experience and I make no comment on the experiences others have had. In October 2021 I reached out to Jacked Jake for a custom vid. We went back and forth some and agreed on the content and price. I waited a couple of weeks and hadn’t heard anything. A couple weeks isn’t too bad since we’re all people and have lives. So I reach out and was told it was coming. I wait some more and reached out again and was told again it was coming. I waited even more and was again told it was coming. I waited over a month more and was told it was coming but some more time was needed. We chatted a little at that point and we disagreed on what I was supposed to get so I was told I would get my money back. I waited. And waited. And waited some more. I was told ithe money was coming, I would get a vid in compensation etc. It’s been 8 months since I was told I would get my money back and get a vid in compensation. I still have nothing. It’s really unfortunate for one person to have such a poor experience and other to have great ones. This isn’t to discourage you from reaching out to Jacked Jack but a way for you to make up your own mind about a content creator that maybe is not as reliable as he leads you to believe.

if I could give this guy a zero I would. He is a con artist, and a thief. I decided to give him a second chance after he ripped me off the first time. He seemed sincere. This guy has not changed at all. He is still ripping gays off and disappearing. Trying to get a refund is futile. You will never hear from him ever again. With so many bad reviews, you would think the best Flex would suspend his account. Trust! Do not patronize this guy. He is the worst scammer I have ever met. There are way better guys out there you can trust.
