Never done this before, But i like to show my improvements, The thrills to notice some new gains.
I hitting the gym so aften i can 5-6 times a week, Im going to competition next year, Soo im looking forward that.
Right now i would say i have pretty low bodyfat so when im getting pumped/Buffedup all the detals getting very sharp thanks to my 1080p cam to :)
