About me
My full first name is Jomar Lumalangcap (typical Filipino name). Yes I'm a Filipino young (strong very strong) man, that means I'm friendly, funny and I enjoy life.
I discovered bodybuilding a few years ago and I love this sport. My coaches told me that I have great potential (perfect symmetry, tiny waistline, round muscles) so I plan to improve my body in order to compete on international bodybuilding stages. I came on TheBestFlex website to meet fans willing to support me achieving my bodybuilding goals.
I live in Cagayan de Oro, a highly urbanized city in the region of Northern Mindanao, Philippines. I spend a lot of time in the gym and I run a small business of accessories for mobile phones. Life in the Philippines is simple, for me it's "eat train sleep repeat". My food as a bodybuilder is based on fish and chicken, broccoli and kamote (local sweet potatoes).

Purchased a custom video from Jomar. All the videos specifications were agreed upon before I sent the payment. Never received the video, and I guess I got blocked too on Team as his status has been offline for a few days. Scammer alert.

Hi Fzpanda. I don't know who you are as you are using a pseudo. I want to say to my fans that I have always delivered what was ordered (custom video or live show) when the payment was made. Now that I am on internet for BestFlex I understand that I will have to deal with haters. Sad.
I purchased a custom video from Jomar. He was friendly, easy to communicate with, and looked like his pics. I really enjoyed the video.
