This should be called Dumbbell flex challenge,
"Oiled up and pumped to perfection" is definitely some of his best work.
First off, he is pumping weights and then goes into some slow flexing with the dumbbells in his hand! It is Unbelievable watching them blow up. But when he held arms at waist level, palms up and slowly flexed with the weights in his hand, the forearm wrist curls was serious!!
This should be the way people should Imitate

Got my first video yesterday and I am very impressed! Van is a gorgeous guy with perfect muscles. Especially those rock hard biceps with their mountainous peaks worthy of serious worship. He’s also very friendly and professional to deal with. Highly recommend.

I just got my first video from Van Kap. He's gonna have an amazing future as a bodybuilder. He did everything I asked for in the video I wanted and the price for it was great. Every year there's a new stud in town on The Best Flex that become promising.
Van is the one of '24 season ❤️
He has a very juvenile face with a super tonic and strong body already. He also have huge stength.
I ask him a customed video, giving him videos for inspiration. He serves me a cohesive work with his own twist to it. The final result was better than what the models on the video did. He knows how to pose and you lost yourself in his glowing green eyes. He's also very sweet, enthusiastic, funny and nice to talk to.
Fellows, keep on eye on him. I feel like he's the new star of that site.

Had my 2nd video with him and was totally blown away. He stuck to the script and filmed a exhausting bicep work out, Pumping and flexing til I thought he was gonna pass out. Absolutely incredible young man. I highly recommend Van.
Keep an eye out for this guy as he grows bigger and more ripped.
