I was disappointed, as there was no bicep flex until the end. It was very quick too. His biceps are some of the best on this website, and to get about 10 seconds of biceps, I just felt extremely let down. Others may enjoy this more than I did, but for me it was a fail and a BIG missed opportunity.

I can't believe how long it's been since I've bought a video of Jeff's impeccable muscle bod being muscle worshipped.
