Nero has a spectacular physique any way you look at it ... defined muscularity, vascular, classic bodybuilder aesthetics. His biceps are one of his strong points ... and strong/hard they are as he literally crushes an apple against them! One nice thing about this video is that Nero has a videographer so he can just focus on flexing and the cameraperson does all the work to capture that.
