Same experience here , video would be done that day if paid now, Instead of a 10 min custom video I got a 5 min video of something I didn't want despite getting the impression he knew exactly what I wanted. Getting lot's of "I'll sort it today" with another promise the next day and so on and so forth. If anything ever comes from this I'll amend the review but for now I can't say my experience has been worth it
